Software & Support

Cliftons team of professional accountants and business advisors provide advice on the most appropriate method of accounting for your business.  Your individual circumstances, requirements and ability are considered when giving recommendations.  We use and are proficient with:

  • MYOB
  • Quicken Cashbook
  • QuickBooks
  • Cashflow Manager
  • CashMan
  • eRecord
  • Attaché

Our approach is that if you are doing your current system well, reconciling your 'books', then we recommend you keep doing what you are doing.

For those businesses who don't want to do their own books or despise spending more than 15 minutes each month on bookwork, we offer an outstanding system called BankLink.

From BankLink we receive your bank statements electronically each month.  It codes many repeat transaction automatically and we sort the not coded items in cheque order for you to code each month, taking minimal time.  The system allows Cliftons to accurately prepare your BAS, and provide you with valuable management reports each quarter.  Also, the one set of data is used for not only the BAS but also your financial statements and income tax returns too making it a cost effective, efficient method of reducing your bookkeeping work load.

For more information on BankLink visit www.banklink.com.au
